This model consists of an Intel Haswell CPU, the combination of SSD and HDD drive, Nvidia graphics and Blu-ray writer. These all are the magical reasons of the amazing performance. Though the price and feature combo is good enough but it has a bulky design. It does not include the latest features like touch screen, display port or thunderbolt. And moreover battery life is too short.

Portege Z935-P300

This touch screen Ultrabook consists of Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge processor, windows 8 operating system and 128 GB SSD memory that performs very well. It is a light weight laptop with aluminium body. Therefore, it has become very popular as a portable one. However, this satellite U845T-S4165 is preferable for its lightweight, long battery life and hassle free touch screen, but flexes are noticed around the keyboard and it feels shallow.

Portege R935-P332

Equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor and a magnesium alloy challis, Toshiba Portege R935-P332 is now a very famous model of 2013. This model comes with a very attractive sleek design, light weight and around 8 hour’s long battery life depending on the applications running in it. Satellite U845W

This 14.4 inch laptop is equipped with Windows 7, Intel core processor, 1792 x 768 pixel displays, very loud and crisp audio quality, amazing design and a very beautiful window snapping utility. The user will not see the black bar on the top and bottom of the screen while watching movies due to this snapping facility. But keyboard of this model is not up to the mark and it runs hot sometime. Bulky design of the model creates problem to carry.

The reliable reputation Acer, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of PCs and notebooks, has maintained over the years just got better with the new products they introduced in 2013. Whether it is PC, laptop or tablet, Acer has always maintained high market visibility and dependability and an overview of Best Acer computers of 2013 shows you just how they keep that top position.

In the market, Acer Aspire V5-121-NX.M82SI.004 Notebook with a big responsive touch screen and loaded with Windows 8, is the cheapest laptop at Rs 19500, while the Acer Aspire S7-391 NX.M3ESI.002, an amazingly slim ultrabook, with speed and style, is the most expensive at Rs 87500.

The slim, sleek, stylish Aspire V5 Series are a combination of inspiring performance and innovative design.  The series breathe life into your entertainment with a full HD touch screen, allowing for hands-on control, while the sound quality is further improved with not one but four built-in speakers. The Acer Aspire R7 has an innovative hinge which facilitates working in difficult situations though the touchpad could do with a bit of improvement.

Looking at Acer desktops in 2013, the Gateway ZX4970 is a sturdy desktop, priced just right while Aspire 7600U all-in-one features Blue ray and 27 inch touch screen as its highlights;  the Veriton VZ2650G  is a pleasant surprise as far as the price, display and performance goes but does not have much tech support. The latest entrant in May 2013, Acer Aspire 5600U-UB13 is elegant, slim and ideal for a home PC, allowing one to work, watch movies with amazing clarity or plug in to ones favorite music collection.

Acer introduced several tablets in 2013, Acer IconiaW700-6465 could easily replace a laptop with its multimedia features and is recommended for home use while the attractive yet sturdy Clover Trail Atom-powered convertible tablet PC, Acer IconiaW5 10-1422 with extraordinary battery life is recommended for business users with light computing (and long endurance) needs, though power users may need a better CPU with extended RAM.  In July, the Aspire P3 Ultrabook was a stunner with an IPS touch screen and reasonable pricing, though the convertible tablet's design left a lot to be desired.

The winner in this category is undoubtedly the Iconia W3 since it is the first 8-inch-class tablet running Windows 8, showed promise even on such a compact slate having greater connectivity and HDMI output on a 720p screen, not to forget the2-megapixel camera. Another positive feature is strong battery life, supposedly 8 full hours, though Acer could improve on the tablet's poor display and extra weight. An advantage of the dock being so much bigger than the tablet itself is that it protects and stows the tab when not in use and helps to protect the screen as well.

Since Intel has unveiled Haswell, Acer decided to refresh much of its PC line up with these fourth-generation chips: 23 notebooks and six desktops, to be exact. So Acer has kept abreast with innovations in technology making sure that the customer gets state of the art devices at all times.

With the changing trend in the modern era, from desktop to laptop then from laptop to tablet, there is one thing that isn't affected by any technological change and i.e. gaming laptop. Gaming laptop presents a great challenge and a person who is going to purchase laptop must have at least average knowledge about it. If you have, the basic knowledge of gaming, laptop like hardware specifications, it is sufficient and does not require any further details.

Graphic The processor is the most essential element of gaming laptops. RAM, color LED keyboards and hard drive are the other things to pay attention to, but after the judgment of the GPU. Notebook Check laptop GPU comparison chart should be used to rank graphic hardware and the laptop ranking with class 1 on the list should be considered while buying a laptop. If you want to pay some extra price for up gradation then you must spend it on the GPU.

The second important part is the processor of the computer. The value of CPU depends on what game you are playing on your laptop. Each laptop requires a different processor like game taking less space, power could be used with Intel Core i3 and the game needing too much power, quality, and space uses the processor Intel Core i7. An i5 is not a bad idea for buying for your laptop but it will not hold so many games for you. An i7 is the most preferable one processor which be used in any gaming laptop. The i7-3610QM is the best in all the other version of Intel Core i7.

The use of solid-state drives is the best for the extra storage purpose. It also reduces the load time for games to install. The game, which takes 20-30 seconds to load, will take only 10 second when you are having the facility of solid-state hard drive. If the gamer is left to spend more on the gaming laptop to make it better than they must spend that money on solid-state drives. The pair of SSDs running with RAID 0 is then said to be better as it gives a mind-blowing performance. An SSD should always be accompanied with mechanical drive as it provides mass storage facilities.

The gaming laptop also requires the best image quality. There are two resolutions i.e. of 1600x900 or 1080p that is there in most of the gaming system. The laptop with 14inch or 15.6 inch must have the resolution of 1600x900 displays while the laptop with more than 16 inches requires the 1080p display. Always buy the laptop with low black levels, wide color gamut and high brightness facilities.

The portable laptop requires the size of 14 inches, weight in between 7-8 pounds and a nice battery power. M14x is considered as the best portable laptop with certain configurations. The person who travels frequently must free his mind from all shyness and always go for the laptop with 14-inch model. So always, keep in mind the weight and thickness while going to buy a laptop.

These are the five important points kept in mind before buying the gaming laptop with full details. The other points like Ram and network connectivity are also the important point that should be checked before buying the laptop. Do not buy your laptop until when you are not satisfied with its basic need.
